FEES

A non-refundable registration fee of £750 is payable when you sign our confirmation of instructions prior to the start of our search. For overseas clients there may be a mutually agreed additional cost to cover exceptional costs.

When contracts are exchanged on a chosen property, 1½ per cent of the purchase price is payable.

Any fees incurred during the acquisition, for example surveyors' and solicitors' fees, will be payable directly by the client. Other services such as looking for investment properties, advice on a specific property and finding a rental home will be quoted for individually.
